It has been a very busy year. Starting in May I took part in the Quinlan Doll show in Philadelphia.
I took home a 3rd place prize for my doll Alex.
In the summer I had fun setting up at the Hanover Dutch Days Celebration. There I sold all my dolls except the St of Baron Munchhausen Dolls.

Over the summer I worked on many household projects. I have not even started to sculpt for the next Quinlan show in May. Time flies when you are busy.

So it's been a year. I have been very busy posting mainly on Facebook. Most of my doll friends are on there. I had an excellent time at the Quinlan Doll and Teddy bear show in Philly back in April. I won an awards for my Gandalf the Grey sculpture. I made some new friends, took a few classes and honed my craft. Here are some dolls from this year.

I had a great time at the Susan Quinlan doll show in Philly earlier this year.
I will be going again next year, April 14, 2018, with some experience under my belt.
Here are a few dolls I have done in 2017.

So I have been at it a year. My journey into the world of Art dolls has been very eyeopening. I was able to attend an Art Doll convention in May of this year. I met many Artists with various levels of expertise and attended workshops. I was able to have a sale table and sold one of my dolls. Overall it was great. As of right now I have accumulated a ton of dolls which I continue to make. I feel like I am compelled to make dolls. When I am not sculpting I feel antsy. The following are some of my more recent endeavors.

It has been a while since I have posted a Ken doll size repaint. I had become frustrated with the limitations of the pre-made doll heads to look like certain individuals. Over the last year I have been studying Art Dolls. I have become competent in their construction and plan to utilize this medium in the future.
Here are a couple of the dolls I have done in the new style. These are entirely made by me with custom face sculpts. They are one of a kind and will not be repeated. If you would like to order one please contact me. Your order will be a different outfit or size than the ones pictured.

It's been a while since I've posted anything. I have been suffering from a winter related malaise. After a long bout of flu and asthma, I suffered a back injury. Needless to say this winter has been very long for me.
I continue to run my E-bay store as always. I have been painting with acrylics, taking some art classes online and going to Doll Doctors' Association meetings. Now that the first signs of spring are here I feel rejuvenated. I've been reading Dr. Wayne Dyer's new book I Can See Clearly. Instead of toiling away in my own misery I am looking forward to all the wonderful things I will make and do this season. The following are some of the projects I am working on. They are unfinished so please bear with me.

These are going to be Daenerys Targaryen and Adam Lambert from his Glee "Marry the Night" performance.
